The Officine Gullo counter-top electric meat slicer has a high-thickness, powder-coated metal structure and antique effect brass finishes. The color and finishes can be fully customized to achieve the perfect fit with other Officine Gullo appliances.
The slicing plate allows thick charcuterie, meat, fish, cheeses and roasted to be sliced. The cutting thickness can be adjusted between 0 and 16 mm and ensures the perfect cut.
