Celebrating Colours

In this vibrant and characterful project within a splendid villa in California, the cooking area features a Fiorentina cooking block in emerald green paired with a sky blue pyramid hood with burnished brass details. The shelf and pot filler faucet stand out against the blue-purple Calcutta marble used for the countertop and backsplash. Next to the cooking area is a burnished brass sink with a double faucet, illuminated by natural light from the overhead window. The wall is completed with hanging cabinets and a series of appliances – a multifunction oven, a steam oven, and a dishwasher – all built into oak cabinetry with a matte open-pore finish in Signal White with burnished brass handles and profiles. On the opposite wall, another fitted wall houses the refrigerator, wine cellar, freezer, open shelves, doors, and drawers that offer ample storage space. In the centre of the room, there is a custom-made island with a suspended pot rack in burnished brass and a laminated ash worktop, featuring a sink with an arched spout.
