Description
This built-in warming drawer interprets Gaggenau’s Expressive series technology within the Officine Gullo aesthetic and material language, where every kitchen element contributes to the overall harmony. The possibility of making it in all Officine Gullo colours and finishes allows it to integrate seamlessly with the other appliances and surrounding furnishings.
Designed to keep plates, pans, cups and preparations evenly at the desired temperature, the drawer not only keeps food warm but also supports functions such as preheating crockery, low-temperature cooking, proving dough, drying herbs and fruit, melting chocolate and defrosting.
Operation is simple and intuitive thanks to the touch panel and the handleless push-to-open function, which preserves a clean, linear aesthetic. Internal lighting and the glass base make daily use and maintenance easy, while the internal capacity allows full services for up to six people to be heated.
