Description
This automatic coffee machine is the direct water connection version of Gaggenau’s Expressive series, reinterpreted in Officine Gullo style for perfect integration into the kitchen design. The mains water connection removes the need for a reservoir, allowing prolonged dispensing without interruption. The Aqua Stop safety system protects the appliance from water damage.
Designed to offer versatility and barista-level quality, it supports numerous beverage specialities with two operating modes (Classic / Barista) and an intuitive display with tactile feedback. The ceramic-disc grinder, electronic milk and coffee level management, and automatic cleaning and descaling functions ensure reliable, consistent performance over time.
The soft internal lighting, touch panel with stainless steel ring and the ability to create personalised profiles make the user experience smooth and customisable, while the direct water connection is ideal for installations where manual refilling is to be eliminated.

Water supply

Pompa con pressione di 19 bar e sistema di riscaldamento a flusso continuo per una temperatura costante durante l’erogazione. Macinacaffè con dischi in ceramica per una macinatura precisa e duratura.
Drinks and preparations
Consente la preparazione automatica di numerose specialità di caffè, tra cui espresso, ristretto, caffè lungo, americano, cold brew, slow brew, oltre a bevande a base di latte come cappuccino, latte macchiato e flat white.
Milk management
Sistema latte integrato con contenitore in vetro da 0,7 litri, dotato di pulizia automatica del circuito a vapore dopo ogni utilizzo.
Interface and control
Display full touch con anello di controllo in acciaio inox. Due modalità operative, Classico e Barista, permettono di scegliere tra semplicità d’uso e personalizzazione avanzata delle ricette.
Cleaning and maintenance
Programmi automatici di risciacquo, pulizia e decalcificazione. I principali componenti removibili sono lavabili in lavastoviglie.
